The swimming porpoises don't look real. And the jellies look so uniform. Has anyone seen an explanation of how Apple produced the aerial (and underwater) screensavers? Actual video photography? Video enhancement? A.I.?

I did some searching and found the photographer who did the underwear shots. Those are at least very much real and all shot by one guy. I can't remember his name , he worked on the blue plant movie though, you might be able to search up, his website went into detail about how they captured them. It was something like 2-3 weeks on location to get each of those single shots.
Searching for some time, I realized I shouldn't ignore posts and stories from a few years back, because the videos were introduced to Apple TV long before OS Sonoma. So yes, they were shot in live video under water and in the air, but there's no discussion of any manipulation. I often need to remind myself that I turned the computer on to do something more important than staring at wallpaper and screen savers.
Is the "Los Angeles Beach" animated screensaver AI or CGI? Folks at LA beaches don't use umbrellas to this extent, let alone place them near the waterline. Also, the rides on the pier all move at the same slow speed. Something is "fishy"!

The Apple TV aerial saver has one underwater saver that looks rendered, the one of the horned sea stars in Borneo. As the sea stars get closer to the foreground, they look slighty suspended above the sand rather than partially in the sand, and the light/dark transitions at their edges makes them look digitally placed.
Doesn't bother me.

Thanks. I searched a good bit. Found a lot of discussion about where to find them, download problems, and other topics, but none mentioning how they were shot. I'll search again with 8K HDR in the mix.
