Why can't I restore my phone backup?
My iPhone was stolen in May of this year, I had a backup copy, I pay for it every month. Now I'm trying to restore it and can't. It says “no copy”, why? how to restore? I had very important data there

Just to make sure, are you using the same Apple ID/iCloud account, as for your old iPhone?
Did you check in Settings -> [your name] -> iCloud ->Manage Account Storage -> Backups, if there are any backups listed?
Is there any data in iCloud, for example your contacts, photos, ...?
You should try to contact the official Apple Support and ask them to check your iCloud data from their side.

I checked, there were backups a few days ago, but now when I log in they are not there! I need to somehow restore the copy. all my data is there.
now there are only photos left but no backup copy of the phone.

I didn’t restore the data for 6 months, but money was still withdrawn from the card. It always showed that there was a copy. Now I tried to restore it and it says no. try via iTunes
