Is there a volume mixer for Mac, like on Windows?

I'm listening to a zoom meeting and also wanted to watch a YouTube clip. On Windows, with the sound mixer, I could turn down the volume on the meeting for a minute while I listen for some information I wanted in the youtube clip. I can't find a sound mixer on my Mac...

I see this has been asked before but maybe there's something new in Sonoma? It seems like an important feature that should be a standard feature so I can't believe it doesn't exist.

There are third-party apps that can. Apparently it's not requested enough for Apple to bother but enough small developers may feel it might garner them some spending money.

Check the App Store for some options.
