Can I use 35W Dual USB-C Port Power Adapter w/Power Adapter Extension Cable? WITH iPad & iPhone 15 Pro

I did find an answer from a Community member, however, it wasn't addressing the topic of using it with an iPad mini 6 or an iPhone 15 specifically.

The power adapter is model  MNWP3AM/A 35W Dual USB-C Port Power Adapter NOT the compact one.

Yes, that new style adaptor WILL accept Apple’s “3-conductor” extension cable.

(I’m using that very combo right now - the adaptor just arrived this week; have had the cable for a number of years)

The Watt rating is the maximum that the adapter can deliver. Devices that need less will work too.

Compatibility [1]:
iPhone models: iPhone 8–iPhone 15 Pro Max
iPad models: iPad mini (5th generation)–iPad Pro 12.9-inch (6th generation)
Mac models: MacBook (Retina, 12-inch, Early 2015–2017), MacBook Air (13-inch, 2018–2022)
