My iPhone won’t update after it finished installing

I checked my version which is 16.7 on iPhone 13 and I was updating it to the latest version and it finally installed for me to download but turned off. When I turned my phone back on to download it, it just keeps showing a spinning screen. I’ve already tried restarting and shutting down for about 2 hours and nothing.

Force restart the iPhone as follows:

Press and quickly release the volume up button.
Press and quickly release the volume down button.
Press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo.

The latest iOS 16 version is 16.7.2. But it’s past time to update to iOS 17, which you should do now.

Thanks but I have already tried that as well and it’s still on the same page. I’ve never had a problem with any updates before either.
