Apple Watch BP monitor constantly showing a large spike at beginning of treadmill walk

i walk on the treadmill 2-4 times a day and at the beginning of each walk my watch (and Cardiogram app) state that my BP has spiked, usually 140-150 but as high as the 160’s to 170’s. These are incorrect readings.

I’m just wanting to add this comment to those I have seen in the discussion groups posted in past years where Apple then suggests wrist band might not be tight enough (it is), watch might need to be restarted, etc. (it was).

This appears to be an ongoing problem with the various Apple Watch models that Apple has been unable to correct. My watch is an Apple 7.
