How do I get back to single spacing in notes on my iPhone?

The notes app my lists nearly twice as long after updating to iOS17. It looks double spaced without any spacing format options.

Notes Formatting Issue After iOS 16 update I can no longer select bold, italic and underline at the same time. I have to make 3 separate format change to do this now. This sucks - please fix it ASAP

Create a new note. Tap the 3 dots on the top right and select lines and grids
