Steps to resolve:
Delete your cash app debit card from Wallet if it’s added, but hasn’t completed card verification yet to use with Apple Pay.
Once you delete it, open the Cash App application > click on the card tab > make sure your card isn’t locked and is activated > select the option of Add to Apple Wallet and then tap continue. Your cash app card should be added automatically.
