Access denied pop up on my iPad

Presumably you are attempting to access your Mail Provider's webmail portal. If you are unable to access the link, you would be best advised to contact your Mail Provider's support team.

I get this error even when going to safari and making a search and then clicking on the appropriate www.spirit.com website return. It has been this way for so long and the "is it up" website says their website is operational so I figure it is some setting I tweaked for security but can't fathom what that could be.

I am able to open up Spirit Airline website from email when I specify the Chrome web browser so my workaround for now is another app on my desktop. I’m not sure if this will be the answer I need for ipad and phone. I am not even sure I can specify an “open with” on these devices.
