When i tap add to wallet its only says learn more it doesn’t allow me to proceed
I got a card that i want to add to wallet but when i press add it says learn more or cancel

Resource to use: If you can't add a card to Apple Wallet to use with Apple Pay
Steps to resolve:
- make sure iOS is updated to the latest version. If you need to complete a software update, remember to backup your device prior to updating.
- settings > general > language and region should be set to the US or other supported region for using Apple Pay. Countries and regions that support Apple Pay
- settings > general > date and time should be set automatically and your timezone should be listed.
- settings > cellular > apps using cellular should have both the Wallet app and the Settings app enabled.
