iPhone 15 I booted from iCloud but having issues

So I booted from my iCloud instead of phone to phone because my old one became unstable per apple support. However this one was showing apps I didn’t have downloaded on old phone nor saved in iCloud and I noticed analytic reports on a few apps with dates from 10/27 and remind you I used a iCloud back up from 11/5 and that app hasn’t been on either phone for the backs generated. So why would analytics pul for a date olde than I used for my iCloud back up and why for apps not even downloaded on the phone?
