Authorise non-admin user to change LockScreen settings

Hi everyone,

I'd like to authorised non-admin people to change Lock Screen settings without entering admin rights.

In deed, when a non-admin user tries to change time for "Our display off on battery when active", admin credentials are required.

I read some command lines such as "Security authorizationdb write system.preferences.energysaver allow" but it doesn't change anything.

Do you have any idea?

Thanks a lot.

Regards.
