my iPhone 11 pro screen goes black during calls, for this, I can not disconnect the call and can not open the screen on

The fact that the screen is darkened during a phone call (if the iPhone is held close to the ear) is normal and depends on the proximity sensor. But when you move it away from your ear, the screen should "revive".
If this doesn't happen, first check that nothing (cover/case, screen protector, dirt) is interfering with this sensor, which is located at the top, near the front camera.
If the issue persists, I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> https://locate.apple.com/choose-country-region . After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
