Hi guys, can anybody help me with my problem. My problem is that the MacBook screen sticks to the body of the laptop, when opening the laptop there is a characteristic sound of tearing away from the case, and also when wiping the seal with a rag, the rag turns black.

I may be rubber deterioration. You could replace it at Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Provider.

As a modest work-around, you could quiet the stickiness by applying a very fine powder, with a HUGE surface area compared to its bulk.
Portland Cement is such a substance, (but is only available in the 'handy' 90 pound bag).
Corn starch is another such substance, and readily available in more reasonable quantities.
Thank you for answer! Can you tell me pls, is it possible that the lift mechanism pressing too hard and there is a sticking effect?? Because if I touch the rubber seal by finger it’s not sticky, but when the screen is closed and not open for 1-3h or more it has sticky effect and sound like a separation from MBP body

new MacBook Pro does not have this issue, EVER.
There is no adjustment in the hinges.
My MacBook Pro rubber seal is so sticky.
