I am told the the battery has to be replaced. And they tell me that part of the keyboard and the case will be replaced along with it as the battery cannot be replaced separately.
It is the service centre. Which part exactly ? Any pictures are available ?

Mac Pro is a desktop. MacBook Pro is a laptop. Do you mean a 2019 MacBook Pro?
While the website iFixit does show "do it yourself" repairs, the complexity of these machines is not worth messing around with even when it is out of warranty. Even I as a certified Mac technician found that doing work on some of these machines could take two-three hours of my time to do right, and not lose any screws.
You should also look at the Exchange/repair program to see if your computer qualifies:

It appears that these machines have components that can't be replaced separately. The battery can be replaced along with the keyboard etc. The cost is astronomical. If it is really a faulty product Apple would know about it already. They may not admit.

MacBook Pro 2019. The service centre is working on it. I noticed that none of the service centres in my region ever discuss these service programs. I am checking.

I also checked if my 2019 MacBook Pro 16-inch is eligible for Touch Bar(flickering and may stop working) replacement. Eligibiliy is up to 15-inch.
