Itunes backup

If you set to automatic backup, and you have connected your iPhone before the hard reset, or maybe before resetting it if you did it in iTunes, yes, you can check anyway the list of backups available when you connect the iPhone to iTunes and try to reset it again

Only if you remembered to back it up. Open iTunes, click on Preferences and see if there are any backups.

You had the option to enable automatic nightly iCloud backups. Did you do that?
