Location of “Contacts” database on iMac?

iMac Late 2015, Monterey 12.7.1, 32 GB 1867 MHz DDR3 memory. 339 GB free on 1 TB drive.

In all recent iterations of Contacts I am plaques with the Spinning Beachball on this machine. I’d like to delete the possibly corrupted database and start over. Would someone tell me the exact file(s) to delete and where they might we located? THANKS! ~GH

contacts app on mac crashing 2023 Cannot delete contacts. It crashes regularly. I ran a EtreCheck report but have no idea what to do with it. This Mac has been nothing but a pain and none of my 3 Macs have ever worked correctly. I have Carbonite and a LaCie portable hard drive as my backup and run Malwarebytes for virusware. Time Machine and Contacts I want to view an individual contact as it was about 3 months ago. Using time machine to go back and finder/applications, either I cannot see the Contacts app or if I can it doesn't let me view the individual entries. My iMac is up to date with Ventura 13.2 Any clues? TIA

Unable to sync contacts from iCloud. The sync process aborts with le following message in the syncservices.log: 2025-02-11 17:37:35:913|SyncServer|1913|0xc1a024000|DataManager|Warning| Client com.apple.AddressBook image file path /System/Library/Frameworks/AddressBook.framework/Helpers/AddressBookSync.app/Contents/Resources/Contacts.icns does not exist. When I look at my system, I see the path /System/Library/Frameworks/AddressBook.framework/Helpers/AddressBookSync.app, but nothing below... ??? I already try to reinstall macOS Sequoia (15.3.2), but the problem persist !!! Any idea on how to fix it ?? /Luc B
