Regarding the money to apple services for my cancelled iTunes subscription

I cancelled my iTunes subscription a day before it was supposed to renew but my gpay auto payed 99 rupees to Apple Services and moreover my iTunes subscription has not renewed. Does the money get refunded or do i have to complain somewhere if yes then where should i raise the complaint. Please help

Still being charged for cancelled subscription I have cancelled my apple subscription for Disney hot star and my active subscription ends on 1st January 2025. I have been charged for renewing the subscription today through apple mandate auto payment UPI transaction. I don't have option in the support portal for claiming refund as it is not showing in the app which has been subscribed list to choose for refund option. The hot star app is mentioning to check with apple services only and the upi provider is asking to check with apple services only. What is an iTunes subscription? Did you mean an Apple Music subscription?

If you think that you qualify for a refund, then you can request that as described in: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support.

Then you should have a conversation with Gpay if that was a schedules payment with them.

We are not Apple but other end users like you, and have no access to Apple records to check into such matters.
