Not sure if the display first started with macOS 13 or macOS 14, but recent macOS has started displaying startup files.

This startup file could well have been present for a while, and Apple only recently called attention to it.

There have been user-installed adware apps around that persisted by loading all sorts of startup files.

They are the developer for an app you are using.

While I do not know if this is the same person, do any of these apps seem familiar:
