Is my iPhone blocked by reddit?

I am using my sons old iphone14pro and Reddit is blocking me from using their app. I’m guessing my son was blocked. I tried contacting Reddit explaining it is used by me and not my son. It is even a completely different account than his. Reddit will not even reply to my message. Apples terms and services for apps available on the Apple App Store explicitly prohibit device bans. Which is what this has to be as I’m using a different account. Apple needs to intervene as they are violating the terms and services. I am about to just use my insurance to go get a new replacement phone and lose this phone. Sorry Apple no recouping subsidixed costs on this device since you are not upholding your end of the agreement here.
