I brought my iPhone from USA, but I’m using it in India I’m not able receive OTP.

Getting a One Time Passwords:
For a One-Time-Password, are you able to create this for your iPhone using a computer? If for a Web site, then, contact the site, letting them know that you cannot log in, due to location issues. You'd find their Contact Us info in the app's site fo the App Store, or directly on the developer's Web site.
