Low Latency button from last version has disappeared for current version

I have Logic Pro X 10.7.9. It appears that the low latency button on the previous version has disappeared on the new version. So I now can't record in low latency mode which basically means I can't record at all. What happened to the Low Latency setting option? How do I record with low latency now?
