"Find my" app stopped working just with only one contact

Hi,

My wife and I have been sharing our location for many months now using the Find My app. A few days ago, something happened, and it stopped working, but only for us. I can still use the Find My app wiht my iPhone 13 to locate some other friends and our children, and her iPhone 11 (iOS 17.1.1 in both devices) is also working fine with anyone else. The issue only occurs between us.

I have tried everything I can think of to fix the problem (I'm an IT engineer), but the issue persists. When I try to add again her into thr People tab of Find My app, I just get an succesfull message and a 'Can see your location' text with an enternal spinning icon.

Any help will be really appreciate!!

settings->[your account]->Find My

and

settings->Family->Location Sharing

I've experienced that the settings reset so it had to be setup once again, both in my end and in the contact in questions end

Don't ask me how, but even we didn't change anything , this morning it came back to work, so I assume that it was some sort of internal issue with 'Find my' app servers or the appliaction itself that has been already fixed by them.

What do you mean by 'to be setup again'?

We have tried many times to remove and add both of us as a friend in boths iphones with the same results.
