Webpage not loading properly in MacOS - Ventura Safari Version - 16.5

The page is breaking when the google recaptcha is rendering.

The issue is only in the 16.5 version of safari. I want to know the reason for why the browser is behaving like this.

Safari Crash when Javascript Enabled Safari recently started crashing when visiting certain websites. Not crashing while visiting others. I have been able to stop the crashing by deselecting 'Enable JavaScript' from the Security Settings. I have ensured that I'm using the latest version of Safari, and macOS is the latest version also. I have tried disabling all the extensions (there was only one). No luck. There is no crash report. Safari simply closes. I haven't yet tested on a new user account but that's my next attempt when I have the chance this weekend. Has anyone had experience with this issue and have a possible solution that I can attempt? Here is the setting that keeps Safari from crashing:

safari will not open web pages Safari 16.1 on MBP 12.6.1 Monterey Safari will not open pages, especially those at top of a search. Multiple pages freeze or load only partial content. Safari itself is glitchy, has random slow-downs and short-terms freezes which do not seem to be related to computer activity. This has been an issue for several versions of Safari, including the latest. I tried the multiple suggestions from Apple support (like reload, purge history, etc) none of which do anything. Anyone has a solution or explanation? Other browser like Edge and Brave work fine...

Safari virtually unusable, slow to load webpages if it manages to load at all Any experiencing this issue? Seems to have developed since OS update to Ventura, I've already checked for updates (I'm on Ventura 13.1 now) and tried all the suggestions on Apple support. Problem still persists to the extent that I've given up using Safari for the time being.
