Not really. I would think Firefox 115.4.0esr should work. Are you running any anti-virus, VPN or Firewall apps?

I am having difficulties in access www.larryco.com and have spoken with my ISP. Previously they managed to change something that allowed access, only for the block to return some weeks later. This has happened on 3 different occasions and my ISP can't seem to find a permanent solution. So I thought it might be a good idea to whitelist this URL.

A number of friends also tested this site and had no problems (same as you). I have tried on 3 different browsers (Safari, Firefox & Google Chrome) and cannot access this site. The error message states "Safari Can't Open the Page because the server where this page is located isn't responding."

If your theory that Safari version 14.1.2 may be too old, this raises the question why does it work for a while and then stop working?

Firefox error message: "The connection has timed out. An error occurred during a connection to www.larryco.com.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments. If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network connection. If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the web." Firefox version 115.4.0esr (64-bit).
