Unregister http status from token service response

I am trying to erase all the content and settings on my laptop. However, when I get to this stage, the below message pops up.

I am terrible with computers and technology and have no idea what this means. I do use VPN to keep myself protect, but that is it really.

a VPN you install yourself will make you Mac slow and clumsy, and might make it crash as well. Sending all your data to as VPN Server on they internet run by a VPN service improves only ONE thing: the bank account of the VPN provider. it does NOT improve computer security in the slightest.

Remove that VPN junk and NEVER re-install it.
