Everything is being priced out of my budget so stay home and I read all times. After losing my news+, I am blocked from most articles I has been reading. I dont spend money on coffee and other items I could save a few dollars on. I am a widower, live alone with no one to talk with.

You are asking other users here, not Apple. We only know what Apple publishes.
For phone of tablets, your best chance of finding special programs are with the cell carriers like AT&T, Verison, T-Mobile, or Consumer Cellular. We have the latter carrier and it has been affordable, plus their support people are US-based and quite helpful.

Prices are going up everywhere and you are not the only vistim. iOS updates are free; subscriptions are usually not. But there maybe other options: share a local newspaper subscription with a neighbor or take advantage of available senior activities. Or search the web for free or low cost items.
I cant afford the latest apple upgrade. Is there any pricing for disabled seniors ?!?
