why is my iphone alarm tuning itself off without sounding?

I updated to iOS 17.1.1 … ever since updating, my alarm turns itself off without ringing. I’ve tried changing the alarm tone to a default and deleting all the alarms. It still shuts off on its own. I’ve set up test alarms and watched it shut off without ringing. This only started since updating software. I’ve also already turned off stand by and that didn’t fix the issue. I was late to work yesterday!

iPhone 12 alarms not sounding For several weeks that my IPhone 12, IOS version 26.1 (and previous as I just updated it), fails to sound any alarm. I ended up setting two wake up alarms, one on "Sleep" and other on "Clock" with 5 minutes difference. I don't care if the sound is on or off I need these alarms to go off! I can't thrust my Iphone anymore, what is really disappointing. It cost me to get late to work today, and I had enough of this foolishness of having to fumble with settings, focus, sound level, set sound for the alarm and so on. And alarm is to go off unless you set if off! This is ridiculous! Apple has to do something about it and fast!
