Presumably you refer to the cap that protects the Lightning connector of the first generation Apple Pencil.
Apple doesn't sell replacement caps as a spare part - however, there are many third-party replacements readily available from the Amazon and ebay online resellers.
If you visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store - and ask very, very nicely with a smile - the technicians might be able to help.
