removed user home folder persists in Trash, no files within

This user folder was removed from System Preference/ Users & Groups, was never admin, and had no password

I have admin and all privileges except seeming ability to delete this folder, which has a file size of Zero K and no visible files within.

old issue, new issue, what changed?

typically you delete a user from >System Settings>User & Groups>

you need to be logged out of the user to delete.

What is this enterprise... is the machine bound to some Enterprise, JAMF, MDM, active directory list , DEP, Configurator(?)

what is "vohn " in the command above? Is that the user name in question...

what about being less specific here, same result (?)

sudo rm -ri ~/.Trash

Is your Terminal.app included in Full Disk Access?

>System Settings>Privacy & Security>Full Disk Access

Have you tried form a SafeBoot? Use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support

Have you tried temporarily disabling SIP? Disabling and Enabling System Integrity Protection
