Logic Pro 10.8 not opening existing sessions, not giving the option to create new sessions or create sessions from templates

Running Logic Pro 10.8 on Venture 13.6.1, on a late 2019 16" MacBook Pro 2.3Ghz i9 8Core, 32 Gb RAM.

Installed a few days ago and opened a session fine, all plugins load fine.

Shut down the machine and came back to open up Logic, no load in screen, just opens right up, doesn't scan anything.

I have deleted logic plist preferences, deleted AU cache and logs, rescanned plugins, removed the AU components from the components folder and relaunched Logic, always same result.

I have deleted and reinstalled Logic twice. Same result.

Screen shots attached show the option to open a file, create a file either new or from template, are all greyed out.

In Settings/General regards of whether I tell Logic to open a template, new file or last opened file, it does nothing.

Settings/Advanced will not hold the Enable Complete Features tickbox checked. It resets each time I open Logic.

I am assuming there is something clashing somewhere between this new version of Logic and my Intel Mac. But that is just a guess.

Any assistance in this would be very much appreciated.

Thank you

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 13.6

Sorry, that didn't work neither, I tried all 3 SIP settings, no difference.

But, I finally managed to solve the problem by uninstalling ALL of Logic Pro and reinstalling from scratch. By ALL I mean: I also deleted my Sound Library, which was on an external disk. And I deleted the folders ~/Caches/com.apple.musicapps and ~/Caches/com.apple/logic10 as well. My guess is that some broken info was stored somewhere in ~/Caches/com.apple.musicapps and/or in the external Sound Library, which was blocking the normal launching procedure of Logic Pro, making it stop launching somewhere in an unstable status.

But, a big relief, it is working as expected now.

Many thanks for all who helped sort this out, I'm a happy Logic user again!
