The author never suggested they were having an issue with Apple CarPlay. And that would make total sense as Apple CarPlay didn't exist in ANY car in the world in 2006. They are using Bluetooth in a 2006 Acura. And it's a pretty old car at this point, with a Bluetooth version which is likely way out of date with most modern cell phones.

Lobsterghost1 👍👍👍 your aright on with your answer. It has worked fine up until a couple weeks ago. Is there a setting on my phone that could make this happen ???
I will uninstall & reinstall my iphone to my blue tooth in my car & see if that works. When I go to make a call & use the buttons on my car that’s all loud. It’s when it connects I assume to my phone & it’s on my speakers in the car it’s very low even with turning the volume up on my stereo its it doesn’t get louder.
If turning the volume up in your car AND your iPhone doesn't make it loud enough, your next step will have to be to reach out to Acura, to see if there is a setting for Bluetooth volume in your infotainment settings.
Where are you adjusting the volume? Typically, with Bluetooth connection in car, you adjust the volume using the volume controls on the steering wheel.
The stereo volume is where I’m adjusting it from.
