On apple os10 you click on the pill shaped button under the crown

I recently got the new iwatch. The theater, flashlight & etc selections are no longer accessible by flipping the screen up (or even down). When I press the crown, the only thing that comes up on the secondary screen are music, activity & message.

I appreciate your help and hope you have a solution.
