Water and screen damage

I need to know what’s happening and how to fix this. Today I was walking home with my phone in my pocket and it suddenly starts pouring rain, it was a storm my whole pants got wet including my phone. When I got home everything was fine I didn’t really think abt it until the screen starts moving itself.. I was confused so I closed my phone but it kept moving side to side so I fully turned it off. Couple hours later I check up on my phone and it works, so I was on my phone for 10 minutes or something and it suddenly starts glitching again! The screen started moving and went crazy!! I tried turning my phone off fully but The touch screen randomly don’t work anymore so I couldn’t move anything on my phone.. I have a IPhone X, I had it for about 3 to 4 years already.
