I want to delete my Apple ID balance
I have an Apple Account balance that i can't useit, I want to delete it. I want to change my region and billing address but I have 0.59 in my account please deleted it.

Nobody on these boards can. Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method from the current region for the extra amount; if you can't, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
