Caps, Shift, Command, Control KEYS appear on desktop when pressed. How do I disable/turn off ?

MacBook Pro: Early 2015. iOS: Monterey.

Started doing this a 3 weeks ago. Every time I press CapsLock, Shift, Control, Option, or fn on my keyboard (apple keyboard, not an external/BT) in the top right corner of the screen, there is a dark gray box with the icon of whichever of those 5 keys I press. Then it either goes away on its own, or if I press the same key twice it stays on screen. It's very annoying & I want to disable whatever setting this is. I have looked everywhere, including forums & have had no luck. Does anyone know how to disable? Screen Shots Below*

That is Sticky Keys in Accessibility. To turn Sticky Keys on or off in Monterey, see: Change Keyboard Hardware preferences for accessibility on Mac - Apple Support
