Bluetooth off but my volume slider still connected??? ( iPhone 13 )

for a day or so now I’ve been having this weird thing happen to my iPhone’s Bluetooth connection. I use wireless earbuds and occasionally connect to my car with no problem, but recently I have been turning off my Bluetooth only to have the volume slider say it’s still on, I can’t find another Device connected either. What’s going on????

Since iOS 18.X (I don’t remember exactly when the problem started), I have disconnects with my Powerbeats Pro earbuds. Often, I will have to turn off and turn on Bluetooth to get it to connect. I’m having the same issue with my iPad, which is also up-to-date. Additionally, I am often unable to connect to CarPlay without turning off Bluetooth and my car and turning them back on again. iPhone XR on IOS 15.5 and Bluetooth dropping out I've Had my iPhone XR since 2018 and just recently the Bluetooth has been dropping out on my JBL Bluetooth speakers in my room and completely disconnects from Apple CarPlay wirelessly in my car. When this happens I have to disconnect the paired device and repair it. The head unit I have is a Pioneer DMH-w4660nex. Any ideas what it could be?

iPhone duplicated on Bluetooth audio cuts when connected to certain button devices like button for speakers like Bluetooth receivers there’s a iPhone device on my Bluetooth list that cannot be disconnected or forgotten this happen since the iOS 18 update on my iPhone 13 now that device starts to duplicate on the list and makes my audio slow down or cutt that’s when I open Bluetooth list and starts to disappear the repeated ones I tried another phone from a friend and also does the same and also on my iPad it’s driven me crazy cause I use my apple devices to work with button connection I have iOS 18.3
