Locating my PIN to install a software on my MacBook

I am trying to install a software on my MacBook air and it is asking for my PIN. I used my passcode for my phone, my password to unlock my mac book but none have worked. Where can I find a pin that I never created?

It is not normal for software to require anything other than your Admin credentials (usually, your login password) for installation on a Mac.

What you describes resembles faulty or poorly implemented software, for which you should contact its developer.

Using a PIN for Software Installs:

What's the PIN for? Is it a key code to unlock and install the software? Or is it your login info as an Administrator. You may want to contact the Developer of the software, if the key does not work.
