Is the cleanup app safe to use on iPhone?

i am trying to use this app “ cleanup” to remove the duplicate in contact and photos as i am getting limited storage

There is nothing you need to clean up. Any app trying to sell you some service you don't need is a scam. Avoid scams.

Apple offers both of those features with iOS 17, and the iPhone 13 from the footer is supported with iOS 17.

All of your contacts data combined are probably smaller than a handful of your photos, or one of your videos. Contacts data are tiny.
