You will need to wait for the related purchase invoice to arrive from Apple via email - this usually arriving with 24 hours.
In many countries/regions, App purchases are final. However, within the invoice email will be a “Report A Problem” link - where you may request that an App purchase is cancelled. Apple, at their absolute discretion, may cancel the purchase and make a refund to the registered Payment Method that was used to purchase the App.
You should note that discretionary cancellation/refund is not a mechanism for testing software - and returning if not to your liking.

Did you purchase this App from the Apple App Store - someplace else? If you purchased from elsewhere, Apple will not be involved in the transaction and will be unable to assist.

But I was tod yesterday I will receive invoice with 24 hours and than the money will be refunded. Will it not be refunded as I have bought this via app and also by mistake. I don't realise that it will happen
Nobody here can get the money back for you. Nobody here has the power to claw back 14.99 from the vendor, and deposit it in your bank account.
Several people have tried to be helpful by suggesting that you contact Apple, the app vendor, and/or your bank.
If that's not good enough for you, you are on your own.

Can you check. I was told that when u receive the invoice than what is the next step I was not told.
Before replying just make sure check, I was not received any email regarding contact bank, or contacted Apple. There was payment happened from Apple store and I was told that I will receive the invoice within 24 hour which I have not received. Instead of helping u guys are telling to me of my own which is absolutely ridiculous.
Just let me know when will I receive the invoice and what is next process.
No one telling you to take money from vendors account and by replying you guys are not doing any favour. This is the rudest reply I have seen. The service u have provided was extremely rude.

None of us are employees of Apple, the app vendor, or your bank, to the best of my knowledge. We cannot check your financial transactions, nor would most people want any random stranger in the world to be able to do so.

No, I am not. I have never been an Apple employee of any sort. Many of the other people here have also never been Apple employees. They help out other Apple users with technical questions just because they can.
if you think that I am an Apple Support employee and that this gives you some special hold over me, or obligation to you, you are mistaken.

Don't help, as I have make a complaint on a company level and only if someone is working they should be authorised to reply otherwise it will be legal issue.
I hope someone else who is more professional will pick up the issue as so far I have understood this is not cup of your tea so stay out of this as we don’t any obligations on personal level as I have made my request to Apple support which is one of the largest companies on the planet.Hope this is very clear
