I have a Mac Studio connected to dual Studio Displays. When I activate Dynamic Wallpaper, it only animates on one display. Worked after a restart, but then days later only one display again. Then today, not animating on either. Seems quite buggy.
Mac Studio (2022)
Open Terminal, type "killall Dock" and press return. This will restart the doc (similar to Force Quit Finder) and usually brings the selected wallpaper back. Not sure about multiple displays but it should work.
Have you tried running "killall dock" in Terminal?

I haven't, I'm not familiar with using the Terminal app.
