iphone 15 pro max heating

Hello,

I have Iphone 15 pro max 256 GB. It overheat by normal use after like one hour. I updated to ios 17.3 and it is still the same issue. Shame on Apple not admitting the issue. I'm not able to return the phone, since I bought it overseas. I contacted Apple support and they are useless. What to do in this case? Apple should take the responsibility and recall iPhones 15.
