updating issue
my macOS is updated I was about to use pycharm and it said I need macOS 10.13 but I have 10.12 which is the latest version of my MacBook what can I do I need to use pycharm

Back up your data, check the application compatibility table, click here, and then on the download link for a higher OS. A Mac running 10.12 can be upgraded at least as far as 10.13.6.
Catalina and above won't run 32-bit software; if you choose one of them, use Go64 as well.
