iphone 11 ghost touch

i recently got my screen fixed and a brand new screen protector due to ghost touch and it still has it and locks my phone on its own and opens apps and types my messages i updated my phone and cleared my storage space but it still doesn’t work

iPhone 14 is experiencing ghost touch My iPhone 14 started to move and open apps on its own. I struggle with using the phone as soon as the screen lights up. It swipe and taps on random things on the screen rapidly. I've tried updating the software, turning it off for 3 hours, and resetting my phone.
