I was just wonder that if I am able to buy applecare is my phone is already damaged. And If it would work there is no way of apple or the fixers knowing when your phone is damaged, they only know when you purchased it not when you broke it, is that right?
And the damage is external damage not internal, as is phone screen and the back glass.

AppleCare is available at time of purchase, and for up to 60 days after purchase with a diagnostic or an inspection that most any damaged iPhone will probably fail:
