EQ settings don’t work.
Every time I connect them to my iPad it never allows me to switch between the EQ settings. It just goes between noise cancellation and transparency. And yes they are connected using the usb-c cable.

same happened to me, but I realized the equalizer settings work on YouTube videos and Apple music (not Pandora or Spotify).
