I have an old account blocked by Apple. I can't sign out on my iPod, I can't sign in anywhere, I can't use it and delete from device.
In this case I should talk about this practice to other people, who planing to buy Apple products. Because in one day Apple can disable device without user's agree.

If your Apple ID says it's inactive you need to reach out for support from Apple directly -> Get Support
This way not working. All that I can see - message "This Apple ID is Not Active". No way to send restore instructions to email, no way to talk with support. Maybe I can call to USA, but I'm not in USA.

I have no this field. Only "sign in" button. In this case I see only "Account is Not Active".
If I try to use app for support I see a message
I'm trying 3 days. How many times I should water for it? Month? Year?
