How can I stop the constant "Passwords are locked" popups on my MacBook?

My Apple mac keeps interfering by overriding my own Passwords. I am now not able to contact my insurance company and my phone service because my Apple mac keeps pushing very long passwords. How can I stop this?

We have the same problem, appeared all of a sudden a while ago. I've tried now EVERYTHING all the users here have offered, and NOTHING has done any good. Sometimes the pop-ups are every few minutes, then no more until tomorrow. I'm a bit surprised that no one has mentioned AppleCare+, which we've just extended for another year. If I get no reply here, then I'll contact them.

I'm having the exact same problem. The issue is not Lock Screen settings as P. Phillips suggested. Anyone got any other ideas?

I'm still having this issue on my M2 after installing Sonoma 14.1.2 (I have 14.2.1 to be more specific)

For me never had this issue, right now on Sonoma all ok, doing dev work. Also when i upgraded from previous os to Sonoma no issues.

I'm also on 14.2.1 but this problem is still happening.... frustrating
