Apple Car Play volume not adjusting

I have a 2023 VOLKSWAGEN TAOS.

it has usb connected Apple Car Play.

when using it for phone calls I cannot adjust the volume enough to hear the caller on the other end. I have attempted car settings and phone settings. What to do?

Volume for car play on voice calls is too low. My apple car play sounds great for music but all phone calls, map instructions and siri are barely above a whisper, even with the stereo turned all the way up. I try using my phone buttons and they don’t do anything.

Mercedes Benz C250 2 door Coupe 2015 I purchased a new I Phone 15 Plus and the in-car volume for phone calls is so low I can hardly hear the conversation. I previously had a Samsung Android and had no problem adjusting the volume with the controls on the steering wheel.

Apple Car play volume changing issues I have a new 2023 Chevy Colorado and use wireless Apple Car Play. If I’m listening to music at a certain volume and a call comes through or I listen to a text message and then return to the music the volume level is much lower. It hasn’t changed as far as the visual reading of the volume level bar in the display but the actual volume is considerably lower. So now I’m forced to turn up the volume physically to listen to the music. I might get another phone call and hang up and sometimes it stays the same or other times it now comes back extremely loud matching the volume level showing on the volume bar. It also does the same thing if I turn the truck off and then restart it later without remembering to physically adjust the volume level back down before I turn the truck off. Any suggestions to resolve this issue. Thanks
