Mulitiple X premuim accounts on one Apple ID

I have more than one X account on my device and i cant seem to register for a premium account on the second account i dont know why. i also tried removing the first because its no longer useful to me but everytime i want to subscribe for premium for the second X account they just charge me for the first.
